If you were a stay-at-home mom and then went back to work, what were some things that helped you transition and make that transition smooth for both you and your kids? I have a job interview next week for a legal assistant position and it's going to be mostly work from home, but there's going to be some days I will be having to go in. And I've been a stay-at-home mom for most of both my kids' lives, so I just need all the tips and tricks and advice to make that transition just smooth.

I've done both. I've been a working mom and I've also been a stay-at-home mom and like I've gone back to work part-time and such and my biggest piece of advice is just make your one-on-one time with your child like more intentional. Like take more intentional time with them since you're going to be working.

So I currently work from home and I keep my daughter at home as well we don't do daycare and honestly my biggest tip is just like making sure you're prepped for the days that you're working so like I prep her meals the day beforehand

Definitely take it day by day. My biggest piece of advice is to definitely find time to like put the phone away and just spend quality time one-on-one time, especially if you're out of the house more often than they're used to.
