Hey y'all I am do any of you guys base you if you work out on a Saturday or a Sunday off of like the week leading up to it so if you've hit the gym only like say two days out of the weekdays do you then force yourself to the gym on like a Saturday or Sunday do you typically just always work out on Saturdays and that's just like your thing yeah let me know I typically do work out on Saturdays if I don't like if I miss a day I'm during the weekday but like sometimes also if I just wake up I'm so fairly get I get up fairly early I'm in the morning so like if I just wake up on a Saturday and I just wanna get my day going sometimes I just go and do some cardio And then come back and make breakfast so I think it's really really a nice way to start off your weekend but yeah I'm just curious on how you guys might see you like working out on the weekends are like what your intentions are with that
