Man, I used to be 400 pounds and within like a year and a half I dropped down to about 170. All I can really tell you is fat is nothing but waste. It's trauma. That's what that is.

Okay, well, you don't have to be that big because realistically your body can still be holding on to things. So just remember that if you ever start feeling not so good or your mental health is deteriorating, It's probably just that what you're putting in your body is making you feel not so good.
