I do agree, I did lost 70 pounds dropping some of my medications, but yeah, the medications were the things that were keeping me like that because when I stopped taking some of my medications, I like dropped 70 pounds, and they were keeping me from losing weight, so it was really hard.

And they need help. You can't just expect them to get up off their ass on their own. They have to have help. They can't do it on their own. And a lot of people don't have support systems. It's really fucked up.
