Every single man that I have known better is going to therapy has come out a much better man than he was before he want it as much as they think it is bullshit they're like to themselves they just don't wanna take care of themselves

I have known for men that I've gone to therapy now one was my ex ones my boyfriend and one of my dad there was a fourth I think he was my old guy best friend

Yeah, men need to have a safe place to talk about their emotions because for a long time It seems like guys have like bottled them up inside. So I think I don't think you have to go but I do think it's a good idea.

So how do you determine if someone needs therapy? You're saying just because somebody wants to go, they should do it? If somebody wants to do heroin, should they do it?

Personally I don't understand like why this is even a question if the man feels comfortable go get therapy go get therapy it's never a bad idea it's just whether you're comfortable enough not to go talk to someone about your problems and try to heal with somebody else in the picture
