I'm not a mom, but I do agree that there are times where you don't feel like yourself and self-care is never selfish. You know, you can't pour from an empty cup. And so I think for me, what I would do is put my phone on do not disturb, put on some good skincare products, watch a funny movie, even order some food to come to my house, and just have like a really easy chill night by myself or with some girlfriends and just have a good time.
