I really just need a house that's big enough for me to be comfortable. It doesn't have to be huge. I'd take the the larger plot of land, build some tiny houses on them and Airbnb them bitches out or something. I don't know. But give me some land.
Small house Playland I can build other houses so all my family can live on the same plot Yep and let's be real once your kids are gone like fuck you need all the rooms for
Little house, big property. You can expand. If not you, then your future generations. What are you gonna do with a big house and no property? You have no room for maneuver whatsoever.
Let me get that small house with a bit more equals language had to fill me have a mini houses around I gotta have no biggie has nowhere to put it out the fuck
Big property with a little house cause I code is build have a big of a house I want to laid on iPad extension onto my house your family but a bigger man soccer ball
I would choose more land for two reasons. One, I don't really like big houses. They just make me feel kind of lonely. And two, I want to be able to observe nature just like as it is and you can do that better when there's nobody else around. Nothing is disturbed.
I would take the big big house because I'm already skilled with property management so I would know how to rent that out and turn that into cash flow a huge fully paid-for house really.
The land sounds nice, but realistically, from a cashflow perspective and with my skill set, it would be too big of a learning curve for me to figure out how to generate the same amount of income anytime soon.
Also, I'm great with money management, so I can easily multiply the money I get from my rentals to the point that I can buy a big old plot of land if I want to, whereas the path from the land to the property isn't even a thing yet in this scenario.
