Do you guys have a preference and what kind of salt do you use for cooking because I recently found out the tablesaw is really bad for you so I only use Himalayan salt I don't personally see a difference because it's just salt to me but nutrient wise apparently it's better so I will not be using table salt in my cooking
So would really depend on what you're cooking because there's kosher salt as well among other salt flavored salts etc. and each recipe calls for something different so yeah I do use it but not universally
