I'm not great at getting up and having a breakfast so I typically have a two meals like bigger meals like a lunch and dinner and then I do like snack throughout the day I'll have like a smaller breakfast
Yeah, I mean I've gone from E in three meals a day to two now so I don't eat breakfast. I think fasting from Ramadan really helped with that so now I'm just going to two meals a day. So I would say like a big lunch and a smooth dinner at the end of the day.
