Honestly, it depends on what you can do when you have the power to control things. Can you squeeze them? Can you turn them into weapons? Like, say, if you're like a person with telekinesis, are you able to pick up an item and shape it into something as a weapon or something like that and be able to fly it across the room? Are you able to stop things within midair no matter how fast they're going, no matter what item it is no matter.
