I saw a TikTok the other day where someone said that as a grown adult with a family you shouldn't be playing games for more than three hours a day on average how many hours do you guys think you play per week or per day

Per day just like an hour maybe two but it's rare most likely one

Not so much anymore but when I was younger it could go up to like six hours a day.

Probably like four hours a day, maybe three to five average.
