I don't understand how I slept for 16 hours and I'm still tired like I get more energetic if I have two hours of sleep but being well rested makes me more tired does that even make sense I don't know I'm at work and I'm laying down on a couch on my break and I'm just exhausted from doing nothing
What happens with me? I get like 14 hours of sleep and then I'll be tired of shit but then I get like one hour and 30 minutes of sleep. I'll wake up for school energized as hell.
I'm the opposite of that. If I have two hours to sleep, I'll wake up and feel disgusted, and feel sick and horrible, bit of a avid, I will sleep a feel fine.
