Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?
I'd like to work out in the morning on an empty stomach and yeah I like to do that it's a great way to start the day and then I go and have a cold shower after and I just feel like a superhero him and yeah that is what I like to do
I prefer to go to yoga in the morning just because it kind of sets the tone for my day I feel really really good as soon as I get out of class I feel like I can do anything as guys limit but I'm also totally open to working out at night as far as I'm going to yoga at night and go to the gym because my friend but I am yeah it will eat it because it doesn't really matter but I am Yeah OK question
I like to work out in the morning because most of the time I have the gym to myself and it gives me really pumped up like after I accomplish a workout it makes me motivated to accomplish other things throughout my day.
Working out in the morning is definitely a cheat code because you just got that shit out of the fucking way for the day. So once I finish work for the day, I don't know what to do with myself because usually I would have gone to the gym because I went in the morning. now I just have this free time to do other shit
