Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?
Workout in the morning is the best thing you can do to start the day because it off Boosie energy and you're ready to go to start the day so workouts at night I don't think so it's not a good idea
Mostly work out in the morning which is pretty good but if you can get that mid day work out and then you could just go relax or do whatever you need to do because you still have that motivation from the gym and energy
I think I'd rather do it in the morning but you know I can't ever wake up on time or like you know I can't wake up before work to go to the gym so yeah I usually do it after work work, so that would be at night time.
No, no, no, I've tried working at night but I don't like it because your whole day is basically run so I prefer morning shifts. So morning shifts are much better because when you're finished with your shift you have the rest of the day.
