How do you react when someone is lying and you know the truth have you ever experienced it

Well often when I find myself in this situation the person that's lying is my mother so I just sit there and smirk because what can you do it's your mom

It's always with my brother, he always, when he gets a bad mark on his folder, he literally tells on himself. Like he literally says, I don't want to whip it or something like that. He literally tells her herself.

I just like let them come like they wear lie they are way out of situation and I kind of just like judge them and be like from the house or how are they going to like lie about those or cover this up

I usually just play it off like I have no idea it's really not my business most of the time but when I know it kind of is like offensive or maybe I'm offending me I can't help but laugh because it's not true
