My favorite is definitely going to Sumba class which is a little dancing. I think It's fun and entertaining.

I do not have a favorite. I also hate cardio.

For me it has to be running. I love doing runs in the morning. If I'm at the gym with a swimming pool, I love swimming also.

I would say walking. It's worked for me and it's low impact so yeah, walking.
