Honestly, if it's just based off nostalgia reasons, then yeah, Toby McGuire, but if you're actually based on that storyline and someone who actually looks like a kid in high school, I'm going to have to say Andrew Garfield.

I feel like he looks like a child, he's like really immature. Like, I wouldn't trust him to babysit my pet goldfish. Like, I'd have to turn you start trusting with all this machinery and weapons. I don't know.
