It depends. I feel like if I have really strong ideas and I'm very confident about those ideas I have no problem being leader, but if somebody else I feel like has better ideas than me I don't mind being a follower.

I am kind of a bit of both but when you're at the door you only listen to your rules and nobody else's which is awesome because you should pull yourself nobody else
