Hey everyone, Planet Vena is back again with a 3P here prepping you and campaigning for my talk that is coming up this weekend. It's going to be this Saturday at 1 p.m eastern standard time. So more into the radical acceptance concept, part of the DPT series which I will talk more about, dialectical behavioral therapy and the importance of using logic and reason to be in harmony with your emotions. I'm here introducing the concept, if some of you don't know about it, called coping mantras. Some of us do this all the time. It's a way of speaking to yourself and using words and language communicating with yourself to better regulate your emotional state. So informing your emotional intelligence to better not allow things like anxiety or overgeneralization or hyperfixation take away from you being strategic and really being present in the moment.
