Plot twists are what make a movie interesting, because if you just have a happy ending, then it's just like okay yeah, happy ending, there's billions of those, but if you have a really intense movie, and then there's a plot twist at the end, that really gets the emotions flowing, and you're just like, what the hell just happened, and that just makes the movie ten times more interesting.
