Definitely assault. I mean a lot of people so far are agreeing on it because it's just common sense. Just literally cover your hands if anyone else out there is coughing. Just, it's a really bad habit. Just literally just cover the the coughing or sneezing that manner.
100% if you do it on purpose, you know, you don't know the person that you're coughing on, you don't know their health situation, what other issues they deal with. They could be immunocompromised, immunosuppressed, your cough could send them straight into ITU so... Just put a bloody tissue over your mouth.
So you know me, I'm a stickler for the rules. According to the penal code, you have to have intention, so it has to be intentional, and you also have to have bodily contact. So no, technically.
I mean, with the whole COVID and all of that being around, I would say yeah, because you coughing on me is going to almost guarantee that I'm sick. That's, you know what I'm saying? That's putting me in an ill position. So I would say yeah, that's an assault.
Well yeah, technically it is, well purposely coughing on someone it is. If you like accidentally did it, that's nothing but like the law, it is illegal to cause like a bio threat to someone, like a bio hazard, so yeah.
Yes, it is an assault. It is a fucking assault. It's actually hazardous. Like, if you imagine you have a common cold or something like that and you call from somebody, it's really messed up. You shouldn't do it.
