I think that's such a great question. For me it definitely improves it just like after having a stressful day or whatever and being able to come home and chill and game. I think it just depends on the person.
I feel like it depends on the game, but if you're playing like a chill game where you're sitting there probably like building stuff and doing stuff on the game where it keeps your mind off of whatever is bothering you. I feel like it helps a lot.
Do you like any hobby mean didn't seem to be supplied basketball you know painting or something no it's okay and do you want to be used to help you and winding appreciate things
Yeah, I think it does for me personally you know after a long day of work whoever who is a nice weighted distress and just have a good session with the boys.
A whole heck of a lot improves mental health. I can't speak for everybody else, but for me, like being in a virtual world, especially playing RPG games, creating your own character, doing missions.
I mean it does and it doesn't at the same time social gaming does not know but single player does your new fucking cod lobbies especially as a girl you are dead you are being murdered they all fucking hate
On a social aspect not at all mentally it can be draining depends what games you're playing you know how long you're sat there for fucking rotting away in your gaming chair is the best and worst feeling ever
100% of the gaming does improve mental health especially if you enjoy it. It's a nice getaway from the actual real life world that we live in so yeah it does.
