One thing that really helps me with stress and that I always recommend to all of my friends when they say they're stressed is practicing yoga. Because long story short, all of our emotions, everything that we feel gets trapped in the body in order to get them out. You have to literally stretch them out. So I would say yoga definitely helps with stress because as you stretch you're releasing all of that tension that's trapped up inside of you.
That is 100% going to be talking with your loved ones and going out for workout like even you can do it at home just workout is too healthy for your brain and also for the focus therapist important either it's in a form of meditation but you need to focus on the right things that works a lot and eating healthy is the major part if you keep your body healthy it's going to affect your brain
Going for walks breathing in and out listening to joyful happy upbeat music and makes me want to dance talking to my husband kiss me off that mood sometimes I just like you know I don't think I bring peace I listening to music drawing and watching a funny show or movie things like that anything that distracts me from feeling a certain way but more of a happy feeling
