So do you use like a calendar to get things done reason why am asking us questions because I have become that person who if it's not on the calendar it doesn't exist and if it doesn't exist it will and won't happen meaning like I will think about it but it won't happen so I'm just asking you know just for clarity do you use a calendar
Yes I need a calendar because if not my life will be all over the place the calendar helps me with knowing and remembering when bills are due appointments are made and all of that
Listen the calendar has become a key to my life OK so I'm pretty sure I have ADHD I'm just undiagnosed and it helps keep me on track for one and then to it helps remind me of things so like if I have to remember somethings days from now boo putting in the calendar if not I'm not gonna remember I used to double book myself all the time is saving my life
So I have a calendar on the fridge, it's magnetic and I also have ADHD so if I don't write it down on that calendar then it's not happening. Like it, as you say, like it just doesn't exist. So if I don't write it down somewhere then I will forget and I forgot things like meetings and training and all sorts. I even forgot like job interviews because I didn't write it down on the calendar so yeah Definitely, definitely use a calendar.
Do you know why I try to use the calendar actually I just it's just right in the calendar bad when the phone notifies me in that Grizzley moment I don't have time for doing so it's it's crazy you know it's like I'm fine fine in in just enough time to do it
Sometimes, sometimes, um, I definitely would like to find ways that work for me. I think I may need to implement calendars more, um, just based on what I'm trying to achieve now. But yeah, at the current moment, not really, unless you consider me looking at it for when I get paid, which is every, uh, Wednesday or something like that. Anyway, have a good night, thank you.
