Man I'm loving the stuff that you're sharing. Yeah, this one hits home, right? Because sometimes, well, always you got to embrace that change is the only constant. And then sometimes, you know, I find myself, you know, it's easy to get down, whatever. Sometimes you got to remind yourself that I'm blessed even just to have my breath and to be pain-free in this moment.
Thank you for reminding us to focus on the little things that really aren't so little when you when you break it down, right? Like what really matters, right? Having the ability to think, to be mobile, our breath, to be pain-free. These things are huge, but we take them for granted. So thank you so much for drawing my consciousness back to what's really important, right? Because if we maintain the right mindset, we could do anything.
