I started it last month due to stress and you know, being upset about some things. It's been really helpful. I keep a lot of things off social media by going straight to my journal. This is the first time I've ever had a journal in my life. It's therapeutic, I can say any and everything I want and maybe talk myself through things with writing in there. So now I want to know, do you all have a journal and what does your journal mean to you?
