What is the best show to fall asleep to? I know it's not recommended to watch TV shows before bed as it might take longer to fall asleep. Well, not in my case. I I like falling asleep watching something but what about you?

I'm kind of different on this. I do sometimes like to fall asleep on the couch because you're just in that sleep and you're like Well, I don't really want to get up and get ready for bed. It's just gonna ruin it but like Just like something boring something I've seen too much that I don't care about because I don't want to get into it or else I'll be awake. I need something that's just you know kind of noise in the background Or sometimes I'll YouTube like cinemas in this video. It's like just something that can just play on repeat and I'm not gonna like think about it too much.

I don't really know if there's like a best show to fall asleep to but I can tell you what type of shows that I like to fall asleep to Usually I like to watch something more like action. I don't like to watch any like crime shows or movies before going to bed it just kind of messes up with my dreams.

For me, I like to choose shows that I have watched before, so that way I'm not trying to get sucked into a TV show as I'm trying to go to sleep, but I also have to have the TV on in order to go to sleep.
