Because like for example if I wake up and I was to have a meal that's meant for dinner for the dinnertime That'll just give me problems man, but I can't wake up and have a stomach You know I mean it just don't make sense for me to have certain foods That I meant like it's just your body can't digest it basically I can't wake up 9am and have spaghetti bolognese. My belly just can't digest that. and I can't start my day of eating something that heavy.
I'm pretty sure I've been indoctrinated to not be able to eat dinner food at breakfast. But I can't eat breakfast food for dinner. Weird. But I cannot just be eating chicken or nachos or anything that's not breakfast. I can't eat it at breakfast time.
If you mean dinner meal is in like a larger meal then yeah I do if I'm going out for lunch to a restaurant I'll have a bigger meal maybe and I can have a smaller dinner or if I'm having a bigger breakfast I'll have a small lunch if that makes sense
