Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?
I'd either say mid day or night because like half the time you can just sit there in silence and listen to your music without any distractions but at the same time yeah just yeah mid day or
Definitely morning definitely morning I'm not a morning person so if I like wake up early and get a good start to my day then I'm just motivated for the rest of my day and I I feel good about myself like nothing can happen later in the data offset though
I either do it first first thing in the morning or I do it like right before I go to bed. Usually in the middle of the day I've got too many things going on or if I do something in the middle of the day it'll be like a bike rider going for a walk.
