So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
If you actually wanna lose weight then you don't have to skip anything you can literally eat whatever you want as long as you thought you like too much and I know that makes sense but like just count your calories
you can always make a healthy breakfast and always skip dessert because dessert will always be unhealthy but just so you know don't skip meals dude It's not effective.
I found one of the things that completely accelerated my weight loss was to eat breakfast and and not like buy a ridiculous amount of snacks. definitely don't skip breakfast it's really important
