So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
It's so much easier to skip breakfast because it'll put you in like a fast for the day where it's like if you eat breakfast you end up hungry like every hour I swear unless that's only me
You don't have to skip either if you can mix both of them so you can have a hearty breakfast and then a nutritious dessert like a bark you know like Greek yogurt and then but the peanuts with fruit if you have to skip one I would say skip dessert
Skipping breakfast for sure because I feel like that plays a lot into intermediate fasting which will cause you to kind of lose some weight a bit faster in my opinion
