So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
Personally for me I find it easier to skip breakfast I don't know why but when I wake up I don't usually eat breakfast anyway I usually just have a coffee which I know isn't healthy but if it was up to me I'd skip breakfast
I think the best way to lose weight is definitely listen to your body and your hunger cues because most people whenever they eat and get full they keep eating so I guess that would be my tip just listen to your hunger
OK so if you're trying to lose weight will make me lose a lot of weight is like I'm Christian so I fast and we don't eat bread like I didn't eat breakfast or lunch just dinner
