So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
You don't give meals that's really bad for you what you do is you have a small breakfast big lunch and small dinner and make sure they are healthy and portioned very well and go very easy on desserts and what not
Do not skip the breakfast. You need energy throughout the day. You can skip the dessert because that's the last thing you need. Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. dinner. And when you eat dinner, make sure it's four hours before you sleep.
If I'm trying to lose weight, I just starved myself. That's what got me sent to rehab the first time. But the second time, they didn't catch me. I ended up just going there. And then the third time, I just... Actually, I haven't been three times. Dammit, ****.
Skipping dessert would be a lot easier for me. I don't necessarily have to have anything sweet even if it's like a small like Jolly Rancher, I think I'll be good.
