So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Skipping dessert is easiest for me because breakfast is like the fuel that I need for the day. And then also like some studies I've read before say that breakfast is like the most important meal of the day so I try not to skip it.

I would recommend not skipping any meals and Kylie deficit is the way to go I was 69 pounds in in six months to be not you can eat whatever you want as long as you record your calories and it's quite easy

Deafo is easier for me to skip breakfast. I don't even get hungry until about 2pm anyways. I named her No more.

See what helped me is I ate one meal a day no snacks nothing else and drink a shit ton of water

Oh you've got a move your body a bit more you honestly don't even have to change what you eat that much just like eat a little bit less each time like what you eat now just cut it in like a little bit and then just work out a lot and you should be good

It's not good to skip any mills really but dessert is just a sugary treat so if anything and that should be the one that you skip.

When I want to lose my way I just eat whatever I want have many snacks and the most important thing is have a good sleep
