I would always skip breakfast. I really don't even like breakfast. Like to eat in the morning, that is. I like to eat lunch, dinner, and dessert. And that's it. maybe snack.
Honestly I love dessert but like breakfast is the most important meal of the day as we get all your energy that you need to burn and I'm trying to lose weight too and honestly eating a good nutritious breakfast has helped
Also I don't think that you should skip dessert like maybe you don't have it every day but like he's just a treat yourself once in a while because otherwise you're just gonna like binge eat one day if you like totally starve yourself from like those treats
