So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
I'd say more just get a cut off time. 8 o'clock, stop eating in general. You gotta have breakfast, you gotta eat in general. Just don't eat bullshit. Try chicken and rice for a while, just that. You'll lose weight.
Definitely skipping breakfast man I mean breakfast is just coffee for me anyway desert is a problem you know desert is the reason I'm overweight if I'm honest with myself
Don't skip any meals. Go to a calorie calculator and it's going to tell you exactly how many calories you need to eat in taking a day to maintain your current body weight and then you need to undercut that and then you need to research the foods that are the most nutrients for the lowest amount of calories.
Try to undercut your maintenance calories by like 300. It's pretty ideal if you could do that every day. and then start, you know, like maximize your meals. Like if you're eating salmon, you're gonna be able to eat a lot of side items and still be low calorie count.
If you're not just going for numbers and you care about physical appearance, low calorie but yet high protein meals are super important because it's going to allow you to retain muscle while losing fat. So you could get stuff like protein waffles in the morning. That would be a great breakfast.
I feel like it's easier for me to go longer without eating instead of trying to cut myself back or cut myself off from things because I found that once I start then I've noticed I get hungrier, wear out.

I'm gonna be honest with you bro fasting is good but if you do it too much you're gonna get a eating disorder fast I'm very little but also work out watcher calories and I don't work I don't always fast don't depend on that
I would highly recommend for you to have a breakfast but to have a breakfast that is very high in protein and then a moderate amount of healthy fat and then just omit the sugar throughout the day. That will be a great start for you.
