So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
I lost 65 pounds since May and breakfast was definitely easier to skip, especially because I wasn't really a morning person so that was definitely easier to skip than cakes and cookies.
Skipping breakfast probably isn't that great of an idea to be honest like you kinda need energy in the morning or you'll just be thinking about how hungry you are all day if you skip dessert I mean you'll be OK you crave it but
Oh if you want to start the late night drives for dessert just go to some some fruit buy some bananas or some strawberries is on the definitely skip that dessert
Play the lotto by thinking a lot of unhealthy food instead of chocolate sauce how about them honey on the counter to get a regular size 8 cut off and taking photos like that which of what you eating at the amount
I could skip dessert I don't really care for sweets I like fruit and like healthy snacks more than anything I do really like cold cuts and cheese down that's not too healthy but it's better than cake I guess
