So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
I can skip on dessert just because there's a lot of other options that you can eat that are healthy for breakfast and I feel like dessert is harder to be healthy
I know something that will work perfectly so you ain't gonna skip none of them And then you go and go buy Amazon and buy as many cupcakes and sweets as you can and you go and gobble them up.
Know what I found easier is just not fucking eaten like you can drink water but don't eat but if you're not in that you can just eat all the things you want and then throw the shit up it's not that hard
