I'll probably give it a 4. I feel like you're trying to be a little bit too different. No offense. It's not bad, but I feel like on top, you gotta do one or the other. You either gotta do a shirt, or you gotta do the hoodie, one or the other, and then I feel like it would be fine, but that's a bit too much.
