So I find on YouTube Alpha waves I've saved a bunch they got no music just the waves put them in your headphones and design your day push-up it takes a while to do it but I do it every day my life is changed
There are days like right now I don't get motivated I would really Donna the gym I don't want to anything and I work at the gym and I'm a personal trainer other days where I can I just force myself I listen to music that motivates me
