Going to the gym or just generally working out something that you should do every day at least a little bit to be active but I think the standard is if you do go to a gym three times a week is a nice balance
Lately I've been trying to go every day at least once a day. It doesn't have to be anything crazy. I can just walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and that counts.
