Curve definitely makes for like a better sticker and icon over wall. But the straight one looks nice because it's smaller. So what I would say is bring the circle in closer to touching, almost touching the hat and almost touching his feet. Diameter will be smaller and it'll look better. Maybe make the thickness of the circle a little bit smaller. And then work on the font. It looks a little sloppy.
