Hello Stereo and my beautiful Stereo family. Listen, I know I ain't been around a lot, but you know life be lifin' and I'm lifin' harder. This post though, this post touched me so much. Um, I kind of been doing this today where I just, instead of going to my negative place of what I don't have, what I need to do, I just been looking around and just so grateful and I'm so grateful for my husband and my kids, all four of my kids. I'm grateful for still being here. I'm still here. I'm still able to fight. I'm still able to laugh. I'm still able to see and feel. There's so much that I could not have. I have a place to live still. So many things that I could not have, so I've been focused on what I have and it's blessed me. And I hope that you guys can just look around despite what's going on in your life and pick out those things that you know that you could be blessed, you're just grateful for. Living in a land of gratitude can go a long way when it comes to getting out of that mental space of feeling sad and sorrow for yourself. Anyway, just wanted to share this and I hope you guys have a beautiful, beautiful blessed day.
Hey, y'all like this, uh, exercise? I think everybody should do this. Some people just forget what the hell going on like. You so into what you wanna be, you not enjoying the now or what has been done for you to get to where you at now. It's the journey, but yeah, it's the now. You have to appreciate it all, baby. But this here's a good-ass exercise. I need to go ahead and do this. Yo, this looks very, oh.
Amen and amen, and I think this keeps you, like you said, in the now and the present. Being grateful for what you have right now so that you can receive what you really want. Yes! Stay in the present. Stay in the now. Be grateful. Let's go, Shankle!
How y'all doing today? Yeah, it's a great post there, Tammy. Got to be grateful for what you've got. You just never know. Thanks for posting, and I'm grateful that I got to meet you, Mr. Butler, and all these other great folks on here. So, yes.
Yes! Conti! And I am so grateful for you. I promise. I am grateful for you. You pop up on my posts. You make me laugh. You come to my show. You participate. My gratitude is big for you. Shout out to you, sir.
