I have done this myself, but I don't ask the person what's good, what's not. I just look in the menu and if I haven't decided, I just let the person in front of me go before me until I decide. Because that's a property, you don't want to stand there and get the other person to wait. So yeah, that's what I usually would do, just let them until I decide next time.
