Oh no, you know, I was wondering if I had thyroid issues too, so I went to the doctor and got checked. I found out I have issues, but it's not my thyroid. So it seems to be a lot better now. I made some changes and reduced a lot of my stress, so my hair stopped falling out. But it's growing in and it feels so healthy. I feel so good. Thank you so much, because it was really causing a lot of insecurity for me. And now it's a lot better.
Being a hairdresser, I know hair, skin, and nail vitamins are good and even collagen. Sometimes there's hair, skin, and nail vitamins with collagen and they don't have to be an expensive vitamin. They can be a cheap vitamin from like Dollar General or Family Dollar. So that might be something that you might want to start on and make sure you're getting enough protein because your hair is precious.
I have vitamins and I am so bad about taking them. They're literally right there and I walk by them every day and I still don't take them. But I'm working on it. And I did get a collagen supplement. It's a liquid form, so it's different. I usually add collagen to my protein shakes when I'm working out consistently, but there has been nothing consistent about me at this point, so I'm working on it. But I hope it gets better.
