so basically me and my friend were just at his house and he dared me to jump off his shed and he said if you don't do it you're a whatever so i climbed on top of his shed jump off went over my ankle and almost sprained it

How do I say this without being mad? I would say I'm disappointed because there's so many people like yourself that listen to your friends and you do exactly what your friends will do and you follow your friends and your friends that tell you to do these type of things ultimately they think it's funny but also ultimately it could cause some serious consequences also and hurt you so you got to be very mindful on who your friends are
