uh if it's under if it's going under 30 miles per hour like 30 miles per hour or less it's not illegal but if it's going over 30 miles per hour then you have to get a license for it I think

Really depends on the state. Some states it's legal to drive ATVs, like vehicles. You just need like a motorcycle license and all the turn signals and it's got to be street legal. Some states if you even touch the hardball with an off-road vehicle you can get fined for it.

Definitely not on like, no, maybe like in the country, but definitely not in Lexington. They will fucking pull you over in a heartbeat.
