Okay, for those of you who drink protein shakes, what do you put in them? Because I'm kind of getting tired of what I normally do, which is just having straight up powder with almond milk or water and then sometimes I'll add in a banana. I am just getting really tired of that combination and I'm getting really bored. So please let me know. I always use chocolate protein powder. I'm not a fan of vanilla. So if there's a protein powder flavor that you're a really big fan of, please let me know. I would love to look into it.
I mix my protein with, sometimes with water, sometimes with milk, but the most good with uh, with strawberry or banana, one of those. You can go try that protein.
Okay well I do a combination of things. I dance, I also do HIIT which is high intensity interval training. I also like taking walks or doing yoga like it's just everything. I don't do as much strength training as I used to but I want to get back into it. I just wanted to ask about the protein shake thing because I'm trying to incorporate more protein into my diet if that makes sense.
Okay, so this is what I do, and this is actually what helped me lose 25 pounds in a month. You're gonna make a spinach base, so you're gonna like pack your blender with like spinach and water, and then that's your base, and blend that up, and then you're gonna add some unflavored or plain Greek yogurt, and then you can add like any fruits that you want, and it is so, so good.

When you are making the protein shake with a spinach base, is the color off or is it like a bright green color? Because the other thing too is like when I drink drinks, I hope that they're like an attractive bright color. I don't know if that makes sense. Like not bright, but like it doesn't look gross is what I'm trying to get at.
I like to do this strawberry protein shake because you can add a couple of more different types of fruit on top of the banana and it tastes pretty good.
Well, I don't know. I got a question for you, Girl Talk. Are these the protein shakes you like to use? Do you like them? Are they nice? Because I'm shopping around. Let me know your faves.
Well, if you have like flavoured protein shakes, then just put like milk in it and something. But like, if you don't, just put like fruit or banana in it, but like personally, I get like flavoured ones, like chocolate maybe, or like coffee flavoured, I don't know, and then I just put milk in it or something.
