Health wise what I learned is that chicken is not better than pork. The acid in a chicken's stomach is actually worse for us to be consuming through the meat than it is pork.
I just learned that a diet is just the food that you eat. It's not like, oh, I'm gonna I'm gonna go on to this diet. It's like we're all in a diet. It's just a different type of diet.
