I didn't even need to think about this. The answer is no. If you are Caucasian, this word shouldn't even be in your vocabulary. I don't care if you meant it to be cool with somebody or if you meant it to be racist and vindictive. I don't care what context you meant it in because regardless you're not going to be well received using that word. This should not be in your vocabulary.
